Mobile Notary Fees

Our mobile notary pricing includes a travel fee plus applicable notarization fees.

Mobile Travel Fee

๐Ÿš— Mobile service fee: $139โ€“$599

Calculated based on appointment location, distance, availability, urgency, and travel time. Confirmed before your appointment โ€” no surprises.

Notarization Fees

๐Ÿ’ฒ 1st Notarization: $49.99

๐Ÿ’ฒ Additional Notarizations: $24.99 each

Example: 3 notarizations = $49.99 + $24.99 + $24.99 = $99.97 + HST (13%) = $112.97

How pricing works: Your total is the travel fee + notarization fees. Example: $139 travel fee + 1 notarization = $139 + $49.99 + HST.

Do I need an appointment for mobile notary service?

Yes. Mobile notary service is available by appointment only. Please call or email us with your location, document type, number of signers, and preferred appointment time.

How are mobile notary travel fees calculated?

Travel fees are calculated based on location, distance, travel time, urgency, and availability. We confirm the travel fee before your appointment so there are no surprises.

Are notarization fees included in the travel fee?

No. The mobile travel fee is separate from notarization fees. Your total cost is the travel fee plus the applicable notarization fees. For example, if the travel fee is $139 and you need one notarization, the total would be $139 + $49.99 + HST.

What should I prepare before the mobile appointment?

Please have valid government-issued ID, your document fully completed but unsigned, and any required witnesses present. If possible, send us the document type in advance so we can confirm the correct notarial service.
