Do I need an appointment to visit the Kitchener-Waterloo office?
No appointment is ever needed. Walk-ins are always welcome during our regular business hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Just walk in — our notaries will assist you promptly.
How long does notarization usually take?
We’re fast. Most notarizations are completed in as little as five minutes. Occasionally a short lobby wait may occur if multiple clients arrive at the same time, but we work quickly and prioritize getting you in and out.

What should I bring with me?
- Valid government-issued ID matching the name on your document. One piece is usually enough; bring a second if names differ.
- Your document, fully completed but not signed — you must sign in front of our notary.
- Only the person(s) who need to sign should attend. No witnesses needed on your end.
