Do I need an appointment to visit the Burlington office?
No appointment is needed. Walk-ins are always welcome during our regular business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
How long does notarization usually take?
We’re fast. Most notarizations can be completed in as little as five minutes. With years of experience notarizing documents, our team works efficiently and knows exactly what to do.
Occasionally, wait times may vary. Because we operate on a walk-in basis, multiple clients may arrive at the same time, or a client ahead of you may have several documents or require additional preparation. While most clients are served immediately or with minimal waiting, short waits are sometimes unavoidable.
To help expedite your visit, we recommend reviewing our Instructions page before coming in. If your matter is urgent, rest assured we do our best to assist clients as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience while waiting in our lobby.
What should I bring with me?
- Valid government-issued ID that matches the name on your document.
In most cases, one piece of ID is sufficient. If the name does not match, or if the document or receiving party requires additional verification, bringing a second piece of ID is recommended. - Your document, fully completed but not signed.
- Only individuals who need to sign should attend the appointment.
