We offer discounts to high volume clients (i.e. over 10 notarizations).
Please note that we DO NOT charge by the number of pages, documents, or the number of people signing. Rather, we charge by the number of times we Notarize, which means the number of times that we sign our signatures and apply our seals. A document could have a thousand pages in it but we may only need to sign the last one, so that's one notarization fee. Or a document may be a single page but it may contain two spots for us to sign. It all depends on how your document is structured.
We offer drafting services for certain types of documents such as Letters of Invitation, Letter of consent to travel, affidavits and Statutory Declarations as to name, Marital Status, etc. For a more comprehensive list of the types of documents we can draft please consult our services page or simply give us a call.

When you are unable to attend our office, we can come to you. There are many reasons that you may require a notary to attend you home, office, hospital, school, etc. Some of the reasons include the following:
- A document requires the signature of multiple parties and it is difficult to have everyone attend our office
- You don't have the time to travel to our office
- You are in a hospital and require a notary at the hospital
- you cannot travel due to a disability or lack of transportation
- You find it more convenient to have a notary attend your office or home
When you are searching for a mobile notary it is advisable to find one that is geographically close to you because most notaries charge a fee that varies according to the amount of distance they have to travel. At Walk-In Notary we charge a travel fee and a Notarization fee as follows:

We routinely notarize documents that are intended for use outside of Canada. Sometimes the third party that is requesting the documents will ask for an additional stamp called an Apostille. However, in Canada it is not possible to obtain an Apostille stamp. Instead we have a process called Legalization and Authentication, which is recognized by most countries and third-parties.
The Legalization and Authentication Process is complex and requires coordination with the office of Official Documents Canada (ODS) as well as with the consulate or embassy of the country relevant to the transaction (i.e. usually the country to which the documents are sent). The purpose of this process is to verify that the Notary Public is a legitimate body of authority registered with the government of Canada.
Although we do not provide a Legalization and Authentication service, rest assured that all of our Notaries are registered with ODS. This means that documents that are notarized by us can be legalized and authenticated.
